CNC TURNING

Our multiple axis CNC turning centers enable us to manufacture very complex parts with shorter lead times in both production and prototype size lots.  Many of these turning centers are equipped with bar feeds which provide the speed of a screw machine with the CNC accuracy.

CNC MILLING

Our CNC machining centers provide accuracy for those parts that cannot be turned.  These machines can perform many labor intense operations with extreme accuracy and consistency holding tolerances as close as .0002".  Multiple parts can be manufactured simultaneously on these machines therefore increasing productivity and allowing us to pass on the savings to our customers.  These machines are also ideal for performing secondary operations on screw machine parts efficiently and consistently.
